Marketplace role
CoderDice provides tools for clients to post projects and freelancers to submit proposals and communicate. CoderDice is not the employer or contracting party for work between users unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Accounts and accurate information
Keep account information accurate, protect your credentials, and do not impersonate others, operate multiple accounts to evade enforcement, or misuse the marketplace.
Dice credits
Dice are platform credits used for specified marketplace actions such as proposal submissions and freelancer-initiated chat requests. Dice are not cash, cannot be transferred unless the platform expressly enables it, and are subject to the published refund policy and applicable law.
Prohibited conduct
Do not post unlawful content, scams, malware, harassment, discriminatory content, confidential information, or contact details in public project posts to bypass platform communication controls. Do not use CoderDice to facilitate illegal activity.
Moderation and enforcement
CoderDice may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, or cooperate with lawful authorities when reasonably necessary to protect users or comply with law. Users may submit reports and appeals where available.

Marketplace listings and user submissions are user-provided. We may update these terms and will provide notice where required. This template requires legal review before launch.
