Digital Dice credits
Dice are digital credits delivered to a CoderDice account. Because digital credits may be consumed immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once credited or used, except where required by applicable law or where a payment was duplicated, unauthorized, or not fulfilled.
How to request help
Contact support with your account username, Razorpay payment/order reference, date, amount, and issue. Never send card details, passwords, or OTPs.
Review and resolution
We will review payment records and respond within a reasonable time. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where supported. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
